Coast Construction Solutions Inc. started in 2017 in Mar Vista, taking on custom doors, paint, and the kind of finish work other contractors tend to rush. The standard set on those early jobs is the same one the company holds today.
The business grew the way good contractors usually do: by referral. A client who hired us for a door came back for a bathroom. The bathroom client came back for a kitchen. The kitchen client referred a neighbor who needed an addition. Project by project, Coast Construction became a full-service general contractor handling residential remodels and rebuilds of every scale.
Today the company manages complete kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, ADUs, custom door and gate work, and ground-up fire-recovery rebuilds across the Westside, South Bay, and the San Gabriel and San Fernando Valleys.

Loren was born and raised across Los Angeles and Orange County. That local fluency, knowing the neighborhoods, the older housing stock, the permit landscape, and how materials hold up against marine air and dry heat, shapes how he scopes every job.
His approach with clients is practical first. Rather than chasing whatever finish is trending, he tends to recommend layouts and materials that age well, hold their value, and suit the home as it actually exists. A lot of clients come back because they were given the option to spend less, not more.
