A typical kitchen remodel with us covers full demolition, layout reconfiguration if needed, cabinet design and installation, stone countertop fabrication and install, tile backsplash, all plumbing rework, electrical coordination, lighting, flooring, and finish work like trim, paint, and hardware.

For projects that involve moving load-bearing walls, relocating gas lines, or expanding the kitchen footprint, our team handles structural engineering coordination, plan review, and permit pulls through the Los Angeles Department of Building & Safety.

Yes. For load-bearing wall changes or footprint expansions, we coordinate structural engineering, prepare plans for permit, and pull the permit through Building & Safety before any framing work begins.
Homeowners usually order their own appliances directly from a dealer, then we coordinate delivery and install. Gas line modifications, range hood venting, and electrical hookups are handled by our team during the project.
Kitchen remodel cost depends mostly on cabinetry (stock, semi-custom, or fully custom), countertop and tile selections, whether the layout or footprint changes, and appliance choices. Rather than quote a range that may not fit your project, we provide a written estimate that breaks out labor and materials line by line, so the budget is clear before you sign anything.
